Project Overview
Proposed condominium housing development comprising 2 Blocks of 43-Storey residential buildings (Total 845 units). Features include sky terraces, 3 basement car parks, a swimming pool, and communal facilities on LOT05056M MK 03 at Commonwealth Avenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Tower Construction: Directly involved in the construction of the 43-Storey tower block, including typical units and sky terraces.
- Structural Works: Managed the casting and installation of precast walls/columns and slabs.
- Compliance: Coordinated and managed subcontractors and supervisors on-site to ensure all works complied fully with regulatory and Client’s requirements.
- QA/QC: Coordinated with the QAQC team to enable systematic quality assessment within cost and time constraints.
- Planning: Planned work schedules and the delivery of equipment and material to site. Worked closely with consultants and contractors to provide planning, design, and supervision for timely project completion.
