Project Overview
Proposed Condominium Housing Development comprising 2 Blocks of 29-Storey Residential Flats (Total 564 Units). The development also includes 1 Block of 6-Storey Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP), a Childcare Centre, and Communal Facilities at Hillview Rise.
Key Responsibilities
- PPVC & Production: Directly involved in Carcass production, fit-out factory arrangements, fitting out works, delivery, and site installation. Prepared the comprehensive PPVC manual.
- Trade Coordination: Involved in coordination of all trades (Architectural, Structural & MEP) during the design development and planning stages.
- Shop Drawings: Developed detail design shop drawings for PPVC and Precast elements.
- Utility Planning: Prepared the Coordinated Utility Plan (CUP) for external works and managed road opening applications (LTA.PROMPT).
