Project Overview

Proposed Conservation, Addition and Alteration to Existing Blocks 1, 9, 14 and NCO club, and new erection of 2 tower blocks (34 & 35 floors), 4 Podium blocks, and 3 Basement levels. The complex comprises Hotels, Offices, Retail units, and Residential Dwelling units (Total 190 units) at Beach Road (Downtown Core Planning Area).

Key Responsibilities

  • Basement Construction: Directly involved with the construction of the basements (three levels of car park), raft foundation, and diaphragm wall.
  • Supervision: Supervised a 4th storey podium block and 34th storey office Tower Block featuring post-tension slabs and Grade 80 columns.
  • Structural Review: Reviewed structural designs for discrepancies, inaccuracies, and non-compliance.
  • Material Management: Raised material requisitions for local material ordering where applicable.
  • Quality Control: Ensured works on site were carried out according to specifications and drawings, and coordinated sub-contractor’s work to strictly follow the schedule.
